Major Launch: Haitian Tycoon Marcus Boereau Unveils “TAMAN,” a $30M Luxury Real Estate Complex.

Marcus Boereau, a visionary Haitian entrepreneur, has officially inaugurated “TAMAN,” an upscale real estate initiative valued at 30 million dollars. Located in La Rinconada, within the strategic corridor of the Boulevard Turístico del Este in Punta Cana, this groundbreaking development signifies a pivotal milestone in the premium housing sector of the Dominican Republic.

Conceived as a veritable sanctuary, TAMAN draws its essence from the serene landscapes of Bali, merging refined aesthetics, an ecological commitment, and a holistic approach to living. The stated ambition is to offer future residents a harmonious atmosphere where well-being is intertwined with architectural ingenuity.

The residential complex will feature 144 exceptional residences, distributed across nine four-story buildings. This total includes 64 one-bedroom units and 80 two-bedroom units. The project also anticipates 186 parking spaces, complemented by an array of contemporary facilities such as a wellness center, a fitness room, landscaped grounds, and social gathering areas.

On the occasion of the construction kickoff, Marcus Boereau shared his enthusiasm via Instagram: “This Monday, June 2nd, we officially commenced the construction of TAMAN. We are incredibly proud to be the pioneering project to reach this critical juncture within La Rinconada,” he declared.

In the same announcement, the businessman highlighted the robustness of the project’s technical collaborations. “The realization of our complex will be orchestrated by the prestigious firm VAC (Verges & Asociados), boasting over two decades of proven expertise in the construction field in the Dominican Republic,” he specified, adding: “Technical oversight will be provided by ASPECT, ensuring adherence to the most stringent quality standards and a faithful embodiment of the TAMAN vision.”

From a commercial perspective, the operation has already garnered significant investor interest. Over 10 million dollars in sales were recorded across 14 nations even before construction activities began. According to its developers, TAMAN represents a relevant proposition for both tourist rentals and the acquisition of a secondary residence or a strategic investment, with a value proposition centered on sustainability.
