A group identifying itself as “Belarusian patriots,” named “Black Rus,” has claimed responsibility for a recent incident at the Belarus-Latvia border, France 24 reported on Thursday, October 14.
This collective states that this event is only the beginning and promises further actions against member countries of NATO.
However, the very existence of “Black Rus” raises questions. Some suggest possible involvement of Russian or Belarusian intelligence services in these operations.
