B-Empire Magazine

Designer Bünyamin Aydın has unveiled his new collection, “From Earth to Sky,” inspired by the native flowers of Turkey’s Cappadocia valley, including green Echinops, pink trumpets, and wild yellow tulips.

The collection features ten striking looks alongside three custom-designed hot air balloons. Aydın used the iPad Pro equipped with the M5 chip as his primary creative tool, benefiting from its lightweight design, battery life of up to two days, and multitasking capabilities.

Using the Freeform app, he was able to assemble photos, fabric references, and initial sketches, sharing his creative process with his team in real time. Born in Germany and raised between German discipline and a Turkish heart, the designer blends contemporary silhouettes with influences from the Silk Road in this collection.

For the hot air balloons, Aydın collaborated with local pioneer Pasha Balloons, sending his sketches created on Procreate, which were technically adapted to ensure their flight.
