The Senegalese government presented on Tuesday, October 6, a new plan to restructure its external debt during a virtual meeting organized under the supervision of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Dakar is seeking to reach an agreement with its creditors to settle an external debt estimated at more than 18,000 billion CFA francs.
