On the evening of Saturday, September 19, a shopping mall located in Dnipro, in eastern Ukraine, was struck by Russian drone attacks, injuring several civilians, reports RFI.
These attacks come as elections continue in Russia and in Ukrainian territories under Russian control. Despite the electoral context, the war persists without interruption, marked by constant drone strikes that frequently affect civilians.
