Israeli police announced on Monday, October 19, the arrest of ten individuals suspected of involvement in attacks carried out by settlers in the occupied West Bank.
These attacks notably targeted an American photographer and a French mayor who was part of a convoy of European diplomats visiting the region.
In response to the international outcry triggered by these incidents, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz demanded a strict police response while rejecting the use of administrative detention.
