Students at the prestigious Parisian Lycée Henri IV blocked the entrance to their school early in the morning in anticipation of the protest day dubbed “Black Tuesday.”
French authorities estimate that this mobilization could attract up to 40,000 demonstrators in the capital.
According to journalist Luke Shrago from France 24, reporting from Paris, the students expressed a feeling of not being heard despite several weeks of growing protests.
