Iranian foreign chief Abbas Araghchi stated on Sunday, October 4, that there is no “military solution” to the war in the Middle East, despite a lack of progress in diplomatic negotiations.
More than seven months after the start of hostilities, talks between Iran and the United States have stalled. An Iran-US ceasefire was agreed upon in April, followed by a memorandum of understanding signed in June, as well as indirect exchanges during the UN General Assembly in September, but no definitive settlement has emerged.
