The Museum of Information and the Press (Musip) is set to open its doors in Paris by 2029, announced Antoine Mariotti, the museum’s president-founder and a journalist at France 24, on Monday morning.
This project enjoys the support of UNESCO, as well as numerous media outlets including Radio France, Le Figaro, AFP, Charlie Hebdo, and regional press groups. Reporters Without Borders (RSF) also lends its support.
The estimated creation budget is approximately 20 million euros, according to the information provided.
