Paramount Skydance has reached an agreement with twelve US states to end the legal proceedings contesting the acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), France 24 reported on Thursday.
This merger, which still requires judicial approval, raises significant economic issues, notably concerns about a dominant market position.
Additionally, worries have been expressed regarding the editorial line, due to changes already observed at CBS, a subsidiary of Warner Bros Discovery.
