Russia has developed a secret kamikaze drone launch base in the Orel oblast, located in the southwest of the country, aimed at targeting Kiev, according to RFI.
This military site, established in 2024 amid fields, continues to expand and has recently undergone a series of modernizations visible in satellite images.
These developments reflect Russia’s intent to upgrade its military equipment and increase pressure on Ukrainian defenses through attacks by jet-powered attack drones.
