On October 16, 2026, in Bangkok, during the annual meetings of the World Bank and IMF, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), participated in a high-level roundtable with leaders of multilateral development banks and other international organizations.
The meeting aimed to review progress made in expanding supply chain finance in developing economies. Participants also discussed priorities for the next phase of cooperation in this area.
