The 14th edition of the Colombian Cinema Panorama is currently underway in Paris, presenting audiences with a selection of around forty short and feature films made by both emerging and established filmmakers.

Organized by the young team of the association El Perro que ladra (The Dog That Barks), this annual event highlights the passion for cinema in Colombia and the new narrative forms emerging in the country.

The festival also explores how Colombian cinema can narrate and attempt to mend the wounds of a nation marked by centuries of violence, through stories of “relictos,” those left abandoned.
