Racing Bulls Team Principal Alan Permane has confirmed that the team has not yet decided which drivers will represent them in 2027. The decision will be made “in the coming weeks.”
Racing Bulls must choose between three main candidates: Liam Lawson and Arvid Lindblad, both current drivers who contributed to the team’s fifth place in the constructors’ championship, and Nikola Tsolov, a young Red Bull driver competing for the Formula 2 title.
Permane emphasized that the team aims to combine immediate performance with the development of young talent, noting that Racing Bulls often serves as a stepping stone for future Red Bull drivers. He specified that speed is paramount, but the drivers’ future progression is also an important criterion.
The decision is particularly delicate as three drivers are competing for two seats, and the team wishes to secure its best-ever result in the constructors’ championship.
