On Thursday evening, during the second televised debate of the social-democratic left primary, the five candidates vigorously debated a possible alliance with La France insoumise (LFI).

Raphaël Glucksmann and Olivier Faure particularly opposed each other on this subject, as well as on the use of the word “genocide” to describe the situation in Gaza.

Despite these divisions, all candidates agreed in judging Jordan Bardella “disqualified” following antisemitism accusations published by Mediapart.
