After another night under curfew in France, marked by violence and looting over the previous weekend, Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu is scheduled to meet the main trade unions on Wednesday, October 21.

This meeting aims to discuss measures to secure protest marches, as well as responses to be given to high school students involved in these events. The government is thus seeking to ease tensions while ensuring public safety.

Additionally, a meeting with political parties is planned for the following Thursday, reflecting a desire to engage in broader dialogue on the current situation in France.
