On Tuesday, Act V of the student protests brought together 161,500 demonstrators across France, according to the Ministry of the Interior, including 41,500 in Paris.

The Ministry of National Education reported a decline in high school blockades, with 214 institutions affected this Tuesday, compared to 800 the previous Tuesday.

Tensions broke out at the end of the procession near the Esplanade des Invalides in Paris.

Greta Thunberg joined the protest this morning in solidarity with the students, in front of the Paul-Éluard High School in Saint-Denis.

The movement appears to be evolving, with fewer blockades but a significant number of demonstrators. Questions remain about the duration of the movement and the political response, particularly in the National Assembly with the opening of budget discussions.
