On September 19, the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) denounced Donald Trump’s decision to revoke access for journalists from CNN, Politico, and MSNOW to presidential press briefings.
In a statement, the WHCA stated that this measure violates the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees freedom of the press.
The association urged Donald Trump to “immediately” restore these journalists’ access to White House briefings.
