On October 13, the French National Assembly unanimously adopted a comprehensive law aimed at improving support for victims of sexist and sexual violence.
According to Céline Thiébault-Martinez, general rapporteur of the bill, this new legislation establishes a specialized judicial chain to support victims and assure them that they are no longer alone.
The law introduces several measures designed to strengthen the judicial and social care of victims, marking a strong societal commitment to their protection and assistance.
