Ulrich Bounat, a geopolitical analyst, stated on France 24 that for Ukraine, it is complicated to manage without American support, especially regarding Starlink, as no equivalent satellite constellation exists.

He also emphasized the importance of American intelligence, which is difficult to replace. According to him, President Volodymyr Zelensky cannot afford to cut ties with the United States, even though the reality is that the Americans are no longer an active ally.

The question remains whether Europeans will be able to compensate for the withdrawal of American support in this crucial area.
