Isack Hadjar will be back on track with Red Bull Racing at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix after recovering from a wrist injury sustained during the summer.

This injury had forced him to miss the races at Zandvoort, Monza, and Madrid. Following a rehabilitation period, he has been declared fit to resume competition alongside Max Verstappen starting from the weekend in Baku.

As a result, Liam Lawson, who had replaced Hadjar at Red Bull, will return to Racing Bulls, while Yuki Tsunoda will resume his role as reserve driver.

Red Bull praised Lawson’s professionalism and efforts during the three races, highlighting his impressive performances despite challenging circumstances.

The weekend schedule in Azerbaijan has been moved forward to avoid a conflict with the country’s Remembrance Day, with free practice on Thursday, qualifying on Friday, and the race on Saturday.
